Pressure Safety Valve Manufacturers in India
Speciality Valve is a leading Pressure Safety Valve Manufacturers and Supplier in India, delivering high-performance solutions for critical applications across oil & gas, power, petrochemical, marine, LNG, and industrial sectors. Our safety valves are designed to automatically release excess pressure, protecting equipment, pipelines, and plants from overpressure conditions. Built in compliance with API 526, API 520, ASME Sec. VIII, ISO 4126, and DIN standards, our valves ensure safety, reliability, and long service life.
Function & Working
Pressure safety valves (PSVs) are spring-loaded or pilot-operated devices designed to open at a preset pressure, venting excess fluid until system pressure returns to safe levels. Once normal pressure is restored, the valve reseats automatically, ensuring continuous protection without operator intervention.
Advantages of Speciality Valve Pressure Safety Valves
Manufactured in all pressure classes from ASME 150 to 4500 and PN 10 – PN 420
Available in spring loaded, pilot operated, balanced bellows, and thermal relief designs
Built to handle liquids, gases, steam, cryogenic, and high-temperature services
Full compliance with API, ASME, ISO, DIN, and PED standards
Options for flanged, threaded, butt weld, and socket weld connections
Long service life with stellite-hardfaced trim and corrosion-resistant alloys
